Surge wristband

I got my surge last year for my Birthday (11 months ago) last month my band started cracking to the point where it just came off. It still works but I have no band. How can I get another one?

Hey @BarbG1120 thanks for stopping by! Sounds pretty bad that your Surge is getting damage, but don't worry, in this case I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support, they will check out your account and determine the best option to get you back on track.
