Brand new out of box .... and doesn’t work???????

Have you set it up?

 

You must charge it for 1.5 to 2 hours first and then set it up

Thank you. I’ve done that. After spending over 20 minutes on the phone with customer service he suggested I start the warranty process. I just took this thing out of the box!!!!

@Hopey10 Be aware that the Surge has been discontinued by Fitbit. Warranty replacements are becoming more difficult to get. Good luck.
