Sync is not working I bribe this is after oxygen OS  on mJuly updatey one plus 6. Have the latest firmware and Fitbit app. Have done several reboots to phone, surge and Bluetooth on-off.

Now I also have Inspire HR configured on fit bit app and is working and able to sync.

2. Surge pairing issue-  When ever I put it in pair mode surge reboots and receive surge rejected pairing error.

@AbhijitW. the pair mode is for pairing Bluetooth classic to the phone.

The trackers Bluetooth Low Energy does not have a pair mode and can not be paired to the phone by the user. The tracker will reject the pair everytime. This is a job that the app must do.

Challenges do not sync with the tracker, but with your Fitbit account.

If your tracker is not syncing with the Fitbit account the account will not have any info to share with the challenge.

Since you say that sync stopped with the OS update..

Have you shut down the phone? If it is a hardware issue a phone restart will fail.

Have you stopped the app? Phone settings, Apps, Fitbit, Force stop. I would also clear cache under Storage. Swiping out of memory will not stop all of the Fitbit app. It leaves the embedded drivers running and these drivers are where the issue is.

You may need to remove the app, then restart phone, if it was not updated correctly when the phones OS was updated.
