Not sure where to start with the Fitbit Surge. From purchasing it 9 Months ago this my second malfunctioning Surge. The first one had a bubble on the strap, that was replaced and this one now will not sync when I need to review my workouts. Also the battery life has diminished significantly since purchase. I have trouble shot all the common issue’s to try and resolve this but nothing works. Fitbit have offered to replace it again but I have zero confidence in the product, If I could wind back time I would never have gone near a fitbit Surge. I would also warn perspective customers not to buy a Surge as it’s not fit for purpose.
