Syncing issue

My Surge has suddenly stopped syncing and hasn't done for the last 3 days. I cannot seem to get this to sync up again? Can anyone help of provide valuable insight? Thanks

First thing to try when this happens is to restart your phone and then restart your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.

Mine did the same thing 3 days ago also. I have tried a restart of the Surge, stop and restart of the Fitbit app on the android device, reboot of the android, tried to synch with PC and dongle to the Surge. Nothing. It seems the Surge just stopped talking

@dm05 did you try restarting the Surge several times - the procedure is a bit temperamental

@dm05  Doesn't sound good. Are you still within warranty (you can check the terms at www.fitbit.com/returns )?

 

If so, your best bet may be to get in touch with customer support:
