Syncing issues- annoyed

So I have a 8 month old surge for the last month it has not "sync"ed. I have been able to remove and re-add the device but it requires the entire sequence listed in the help, and even then it usually takes atleast 2 attempts pairings to connect the device. I have been able to accomplish this with another phone and a laptop, however both of them require the same annoying list of steps to even connect the device.

The device has not "sync"Ed once in the last month. Does anyone have any advice for syncing this device without having to repair it every time? One peice of information that might elude to the problem is whenever I try to sync the device with the circular refresh icon , it always says "tracker not found" and yes I have checked Bluetooth, wifi, location and data.

I know this just sounds like being a jerk but I have posted about this a few times and each time some one sends me the same long list of connectivity trouble shooting. I have that list, I have used it, and that list still takes 2 or 3 times to pair the device, and will not allow for syncing.

It sounds like you have already tried all of the usual troubleshooting steps. Perhaps it's time to contact customer support:
