Hi All
Was there a sync issue Yesterday around 19:00 GMT+2:00 with Fitbit. After sync this morning my run is missing from Yesterday afternoon. All seems to be working well now. Just all data lost from 18:00 till this morning. Maybe just a bug.

I'm sorry to hear there is missing information in your account. I just wanted to confirm if the information was still not showing in your account?
If it's not, you can try restarting your tracker, and then sync your tracker to your account again. To restart your tracker, please press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your tracker for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim. Once it does, please let go of the buttons, and after the screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.
