I bought the Surge in December, mainly for the Silent Alarms. To my surprise, although it's easy to set them and change them using the Fitbit web site, they don't synch well -- sometimes not at all! The device keeps "remembering" old Silent Alarms that I have deleted, and it refuses to show the new Silent Alarms that I have set up on the Web site. Is there a fix for this -- either known or in the works?

Welcome to the Community @memsy. It's weird to hear about the problem you have with your silent alarms. After setting an alarm, I always perform a force sync by doing the following from the iOS Fitbit app:
1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.
In this way be 100% sure that the alarm will successfully be set.
