My surge has stopped syncing for a week now. I have tried all the suggestions turning off devices etc. I have asked people in the know to help but no one can resend my watch. I have tried resenting it with other devices and still it doesn't work. Any suggestions welcomed. Thankyou

@BeverleySmith Try restarting your Surge. Press the left button and the lower right button together. Hold for about 10 to 15 seconds. The screen should blink or fade. Release the buttons. After the screen goes totally blank wait about 30 seconds then press the left button to restart the Surge. This should solve the problem. If not. Contact Customer Service for further instructions.
