So everything was working fine until I tried to turn on Bluetooth classic to control my music and now my surge won't give me text or call notifications. It won't even show the surge in my Bluetooth settings unless I sync with the app and quickly head over to settings then it will say "connected" if I'm lucky. I've tried restarting both the watch and the phone. I've tried repairing through the app by saying replace surge. I've tried everything the forums are saying. Really disappointing because this is why I got the surge over the charge because of text notifications

Welcome on board my friend @Rebeccacurtis Smiley Very Happy! I'm very sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Surge... I'd recommend following the steps listed in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications from my iOS mobile device.
