Hey, wondering anybody could give advise on. I use a fit bit surge and I was wondering whether it combines the thermic effect of food and the thermic effect of water within its calculation?

(This effect is meant with the calories burnt for the digestification of food and water - approx. 200 cal for water and around 200 cal for food digestification ...)

Anybody here who has dealt with that question?

Nice to see you around @FranziskaSch and welcome to the Community! Fitbit doesn't combine the Thermic effect of food and the Thermic effect of water within its calculation at this moment. I think this would be an excellent suggestion is an excellent idea and I would like to encourage you submit it as a suggested idea, where members of the Community can comment and vote for it so it can be implemented in a future update, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
