I need the serial number from my Surge and after searching the Community forum, the concensus seems to be it cannot be retrieved from the Dashboard. If you lost the box, as I did, you need to contact Tech Support which I did and told them I did not have the box. They responded by asking me to send a picture of the bar code on the bottom of the box.![]()

A warm welcome to the Community @lectric102002. It's weird to hear that support did that about the serial number. If you want to have your tracker's serial number you need to contact support one more time and ask them for it. I know the next advocate will be glad to help. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
