On your computer dashboard click on the gear and go settings. Scroll down towards the bottom and use the drop down under time zones to Change it. It will need to sync before it takes place
Phone and this is Andriod only. Click the 3 bars on top left and go to account. Once there click on the gear upper right. Scroll down until you see select time zone. Change it there.
Once again it needs to sync before it takes place.
