I have a Fit-Bit Surge; the Date is correct but the time is always 5 to 10 minutes fast at least. I tried turning everything on/off and re-syncing (several times) but nothing seems to work. Thanks for your advice...

Welcome to the forums!
5 to 10 minutes off it could be wrong on your phone or your computer. I would check there first

Had this happen recently on my watch. Ireland had a heat wave of approx 70 degrees far. A nice 20 Celsius for us. Very nice. Fell asleep with watch on arm. Woke up and screen blank. ??? Felt it and it was pretty warm. Basic sun temp seems to have overheated it. Shocked. It cooled down fast and turned on. But 30 mins out of synch.
I have been having problems keeping my synch going so went a day with phone not synching. Eventually it synched and fixed the time on the watch.
Summarised - try get your phone to switch on off and synch with your tracker. Good luck.

I tried changing the time on both my phone and my laptop fitbit APP, neither resulted in a change to the surge time. Not sure where your error is coming from. EMujo
