Time not working correctly

Hi All

 

I recently bought a Surge and have only just got around to syncing it. I have followed the advice already on here about changing time zones but my clock is still 3 hours too fast. 

 

Can anyone help?

Hi, @Hayland, to force an udate to your timezone, first go to your app, settings --> advanced settings --> timezone and make sure autotimezone is off.  Then restart your Surge and then force a sync.

 

If the clock on your Surge does not update to the correct time, return to the timezone settings on your app and turn auto timezone to OFF.  Next select any INCORRECT timezone and force a sync again.  Make sure your Surge really does sync.  (You can click on the Surge icon to check the time and date of last sync.)

 

Finally, go back to timezone settings and this time select the correct timezone and sync once more.  Hopefully this will update your clock.  After that you can turn autotimezone back on again.  This should keep your Surge clock accurate.
