I have had my Surge since Xmas and it has been working well, although synching has been more difficult (have had to remove dongle and reinsert several times). Now, after activity today, it will not synch at all. I have followed all troubleshooting steps imaginable - even powered it off and on again but makes no difference. The device is recognised in My Dashboard but will not synch.

I should add that it is my PC I am trying to synch to - I have an android phone app but bluetooth is off.

Did they ever work this out for you? Mine is the same, except I have an iPhone and it doesn't like that either.
