Time set is off

Just purchased the surge. All set up is complete and it's syncing as needed . The issue is that my time is two hours off. Ihave looked at the settings on my iPhone 6 and everything is correct and my clock will not correct itself on the surge . Please advise. Ty

I have the same issue please advise on solution my Fitbit is brand new frustrating to already be out here with problems

I went into the account settings and looked over the different time areas such as cst and all the areas and changed to the one closest to my area. That's how I got to the correct time frame!

I have the same problem with the time being 2 hours off. Did everything I read to try to correct it but nothing works. The time in my phone is right but not in my Surge. I really need a solution.
