A warm welcome to the Community @Seanfox. If your tracker is displaying an incorrect time, I recommend changing your timezone to a completely different one, sync your tracker, after that put the correct time and sync again. If this procedure doesn't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.

Hi Alejandra
Thanks for the advice. I changed it to Lisbon (which is on the same time zone as the UK at this time of year) and it has moved to the correct time. When our time zones diverge I'll try moving it back to London. For now all is well.
Sean
