Hi, @JMTfromBmore , on your app go to Account --> Advanced Settings --> Timezone.  Turn off auto timezone.  That will allow you to choose the correct timezone.  Then sync.

If you like, you can turn auto timezone on again (I personally always keep it off to avoid issues when timezone changes cause the Fitbit to "jump over" midnight...).  Be sure to sync again to save your settings.

I hope this gets you going again!

So the issue is you cannot sync? Have you been through the trouble shooting steps?

Syncing has 2 steps -- it can show steps when it is only "connected" -- i.e. reflecting on your phone what's on your tracker. If you click on your device it should show you exactly when it last synced. If it is showing that you have synced, and the time is still wrong, I'm flummoxed!

Another thought, if the syncing is working you could try the trick of selecting any incorrect time zone, syncing and then choosing the correct time zone and syncing again. I have no idea why this works, but sometimes it does!

Hello @JMTfromBmore! Besides @Julia_G's advices you can also try to force quit your Fitbit app after changing your Timezone, and then try to sync your Surge again.
