Moderator Edit: Subject for clarity
Best AnswerHi, @JMTfromBmore , on your app go to Account --> Advanced Settings --> Timezone. Turn off auto timezone. That will allow you to choose the correct timezone. Then sync.
If you like, you can turn auto timezone on again (I personally always keep it off to avoid issues when timezone changes cause the Fitbit to "jump over" midnight...). Be sure to sync again to save your settings.
I hope this gets you going again!

Hello @JMTfromBmore! Besides @Julia_G's advices you can also try to force quit your Fitbit app after changing your Timezone, and then try to sync your Surge again.
