Hi.
I recently received a new surge direct from fitbit due to a damaged strap, despite only having this replacement a month I seem to have another problem now...
Whilst visibly my screen is fine, I can only view the time so it won't allow me to view steps or select different workouts. Any ideas?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
