Bought Fitbit surge 2 days back.It is observed that just after midnight step counter stops at 'Zero' &then does not function . I have taken more then 100 steps but counter still showing '0'.

Welcome to the forums!

It does reset at midnight but should start over.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
