Hi!

 

If I give the Fitbit surge to a close relative can I track their location without them having to use a smartphone?

 

Can any Fitbit product do something like that?

No, that's not possible. Although the Surge is the only fitbit to have built-in GPS it does not have the capability to use it to broadcast it's location.
