Hi Guys,
My Surge isn't tracking exercise, I push the button, but it keeps saying it's searching, I've tried restarting it already, and changing some settings. But it doesn't seem to be working.
Any other suggestions?

Restarting it 3 consecutive times sometimes helps.
If it does not then I would contact support
