Is there anyway to track steps while using bowflex treadclimber and/or a treadmill when you keep arm/hands on grips (still)?

It will always be the case for Wrist models to not count steps while holding on to things. Its just the way it is. 

 

Maybe put it on your ankle but it wont be accurate
