Turn off the HR light on demand

Hi - don't know if there's a way round either having the light on all the time, off all the time or on auto - sometimes at night i'd like to check the time but I can't see. with auto it just keeps lighting up everytime i move, which is particularly disruptive when i'm trying to sleep. Is there not just a setting with a button to switch on the display?

Hello @LogicalHarm!

That is a great idea. Turning off the HR light for the night or similar situations is a great way to add options to the users. Perhaps you could share your idea on our Feature Suggestions board. There, other users can vote for your idea and also comment on it to show their support.

Hope to see you around!

Thank you - this has always been a problem since I first got a fitbit and an update would be amazing!

That's actually a great idea. Maybe another mode auto (with delay). So the HR leds do not kick off unless there is x seconds of continual motion.
