Turning off once off charge

After charging my Surge last night, it turned off. I put it back on charge this morning to make sure it was fully charged and as soon as I unplugged it, it turned off again. 😞

Thanks for your help but the shows that it is fully charged so I'm not sure that the problem is that it's not charging.
