I've had my Surge for a while, using it sporadically for various activities and I've never really questioned the data on it. However, I'm training for a marathon in September and recently compared the information to my running partner's Garmin and Map my Run apps. I was shocked to see how different the elevation data was - the Surge was wildly short of what it should have been. I've seen other posts regarding the same problem during bike runs, but those questioning it haven't been given any clear responses as to what is being done about it. It all doesn't seem good enough. Please can someone advise? Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @CTHO2. I would like to know if your tracker is not being accurate with all of your information or just with one specifically? If it is with all the information, I recommend restarting the Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions and test it later.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
