Hello:
I am have some severe durabilty issues with my Fitbit Surge. I purchased a Surge when they first were released. I wore that one daily for all my activites and loved it. A year and month in the band cracked. Support was nice enough to send me a refurbished one to replace that one. Four months latter the glass cracked. I didn't hit it against anything. Didn't drop it. Didn't miss treat it. I am not really ready to drop another $250.00 on another one. I love it but it has turned out to be less than a Honda and I am looking for something that can stand up to time. Wondering if there is a new design in the works that might be more durable or at least allows you to repair it in some way.
Best AnswerThe new Fitbit Trackers, the Fitbit Alta and Blaze have exchangeable bands. The Blaze has heart rate monitoring and a clasp like the Charge HR, Surge.. as accessoires more band choices are available such as a leather and metallic band.
