Fair enough. Your friend probably moves their arm more than you do since that's all the tracker can count. It's probably not related to any leg action that's being taken, however.

Given that you weren't actually taking any steps at the time, I'm not sure what you're looking to track. If the calories were correct then that's probably the best you can hope for.

I put my tracker in my front pocket and that seems to pick up more steps in spin. I typically will get about 1,000 per 10 minutes or so.
For those who don't want steps counted in spinning or cycling. This ISN'T for you..lol

Are her strides shorter?
