My brother unsynced my fitbit surge from my phone and probably synced it to his, but when I synced it with my phone again, I lost all of the workout data that I had from yesterday. Is there any way of getting that data back or is it lost forever?

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @aznfoo, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
I understand your concern about your lost data. About your inquiry, the information that you had for that period of time on your Surge won't be there since all Fitbit trackers wipe out the previous data every time they're paired with different accounts. It'd be a good idea to manually log that information so you don't loose those steps, you can follow the instructions in this article.
Hope this helps!
