UNABLE TO ADD MY SURGE

I cannot find the add device menu in my dashboard? I'm pairing my Surge..please help me

find the menu..

Web dashboard or are you using a mobile app? If an app, click on either devices or account and you should see an option. On a PC, you do not do it via the dashboard. You either use the Fitbit Connect software or if using the Windows 10 app, click on the account icon in the upper right and then "set up a new device".

You will find the option to pair your tracker under the option "Account" on the iOS, Windows  and Android platforms. In case of using the computer, it will depend; if using a Windows 10 pc with the Fitbit App you will have the option "Account" too. But if you're using the Fitbit connect Program you will have to follow these instructions to connect it.
