The upper right-hand button on my Surge has gotten very hard to push in so it's hard to turn off my alarms and change the lap number when I'm running. What can I do?? Nevermind. I found it on another post.

Best AnswerI just called and they're replacing mine too! I'm so relieved. I love my Surge but I can't buy a new one every year!
Best AnswerI found some other posts with the same question. They suggested cleaning around the button with a toothpick. If that doesn't work, call customer support. Sounds like some people got a new surge and others didn't. I'm going to call on Monday.

I tried to clean mine to no avail; Fitbit replaced mine. 🙂

Best AnswerThe top right button on my Surge (always slightly stiffer than the other button) has now stopped working completely. No chat support available on the Fitbit website at the moment - hope it comes online soon!
