The upper right-hand button on my Surge has gotten very hard to push in so it's hard to turn off my alarms and change the lap number when I'm running. What can I do?? Nevermind. I found it on another post.

I just called and they're replacing mine too! I'm so relieved. I love my Surge but I can't buy a new one every year!

I had the issue as well; what did you find out?

I found some other posts with the same question. They suggested cleaning around the button with a toothpick. If that doesn't work, call customer support. Sounds like some people got a new surge and others didn't. I'm going to call on Monday.

I tried to clean mine to no avail; Fitbit replaced mine. 🙂

The top right button on my Surge (always slightly stiffer than the other button) has now stopped working completely. No chat support available on the Fitbit website at the moment - hope it comes online soon!
