Hi! Im trying to change my clock faces on my Surge and it wont appear to my Fitbit app to change clock face. I already tried to restart, install-uninstall the app, remove sync-resync my fitbit, reboot my phone.

Thanks for the details provided and troubleshooting performed. Our team is aware that the option to change the clock face on older models is not working and they're trying to solve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can change the clock face from your online dashboard at fitbit.com. Just login and click on the gear icon located on the top right corner > Surge > Clock Display.
After changing the clock face please sync your Surge with the Fitbit app to apply the changes.
