My surge will not stay charged for a whole day. I've never had this problem before, but I've noticed that for the past 2-3 weeks that once I take it off of the charger it dies before the day is over. Please help!

Hi there @Kltaylor, thank you for join us, it's nice to see you in the Forums! Thank you @WendyB for your participation! I'd like to know how are you charging your Surge. Are you using USB port from a PC or a wall connector? Are you able to hear the click when your attach the Surge on your charger? For how long do your usually charge it? This information will give me a hint of what might be the issue that you're having. ![]()

Thank you for getting back to Forums @Kltaylor! Also thank you for the clarification in regards how you charge your Surge. For better practices you can double check that you're using a Certified URL to make sure that it is getting the correct voltage, charge it for only 3 hours and clean contacts regularly (both charger and Surge using a toothbrush). If you're Surge is randomly showing number try to restart it a couple of times, it might help. But if you already check all this as we told you befor call Customer Support as they can further investigate with you. ![]()
