Unable to swipe between all screens.

Have tried several restarts, but still cannot swipe to heart rate. I have not been able to get the FitBit Logo to flash as some others have suggested. It will swipe from Run to Free Run.

Since you have restarted it several times I would contact support

@joeonoki If after contacting Support as @WendyB suggests, your Surge is out of warranty, try draining the battery to zero (about 24 hours after the screen goes blank) then recharge and restart. Good luck.
