A warm welcome to the Community @Jtrollop64. If your Surge is not vibrating, I recommend following the instructions that @MeylinP is providing to Restart it. After the restart process, set a silent alarm by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Go to your Fitbit account
2. Tap Account
3. Tap the tracker's icon
4. Tap Silent Alarm
5. Set your Alarm
6. Sync
If the tracker doesn't vibrate, feel free to contact our Support Team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
