So just a guess but i am ssuming that the warranty pertains yo original purchase date and doesnt update of you have recieved replacement (s) since yet AGAIN my fitbit surge is falling apart.

That's correct:

 

"Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction."

I'm not sure sending free replacements for life is a viable alternative but I understand your frustration.

Agree but it shouldnt be an issue. I mean my best lasted 6 months

The surge is the most expensive tracker from Fitbit.  I think it might be nice if there was an option for a lifetime warranty or at least an extended warranty.  Personally, I loved my surge.  Worked fine for 2 years than the band broke.  Of course being out of warranty I'd have to just buy a new one which is NOT a viable solution even with a discount.
