Hi,
I contacted fitbit and was told my surge would be replaced under Warranty, however once I asked for size and colour fitbit replied saying they couldn't offer me the same surge and want me to change my size and colour. Surely if they can not offer me the same one they should replace it with a newer model or offer a refund, is this correct?

Surge has been discontinued so you will need to take what they offer.
As for a newer model. That never happens

They should give you the same color and size since that is what you originally had. If they can’t offer that to you then they have to make it up to you by giving you a newer model or a discount
