How can I get my Surge unfogged.  It has been in rice overnight and is still fogged up.  Rain is apparrantly hard on it.

Unfortunately it seems as though they seals one they surge are broken. If its less than 1 year old(2 for Europe) I would contact fitbit support for replacement ou return to place of purchase for a refund. If its out of warranty then leave it in the rice for longer however it will continue to get moisture in it and fog the screen up.

I have found it takes several weeks in a sealed container of rice to defog a saturated Surge.

I plugged it in and left it in rice. The fog is gone but it looks like the screen has cracks all through it and now I can't get it to swipe.  I restarted it and still nothing. is there a way to take it apart and clean under the screen?  The surge still is tracking but the only way to look to see what I did is through my phone after it looked it.
