My surge won’t restart because the two buttons on the right hand side no longer work. I’ve been dealing with decreased functionality but now I need to restart to solve a sync problem and I decided to call. This fitbit is within my warranty and I want to contact Customer Support. However, I’ve just spent 40 minutes following links and I can’t find a number to call in Canada. What is the actual number?

Give a call to customer support's phone (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends. The number seems to work for Canada and the US.
