I have received my second replacement surge pluged it in to charge it all seem to be going well go got code to sync to phone when charged came up on screen with no short cuts tried every thing on the forum that has been suggest surge wont reset tried adding removing short cut removing surge from app putting it back on
But still says
no short cuts

Thanks for checking the forums, you did a great job researching for steps to troubleshoot this issue. Sorry that your Surge still is not showing the correct information. Please confirm that you're using a compatible device that is up to date. Also check if the Fitbit App is running the latest version and delete the Fitbit Surge from the Bluetooth of your phone and from the Fitbit App too.
Then restart you Surge once or twice while it is connected on the computer and try to set it up again. If this doesn't help, let me know so I can request a new case for you with our Support Team since they will have see what other warranty option you have.

Hi
I have already done all that more than once and the watch won’t reset no matter how long I hold the buttons in for this is my second replacement and neither of them worked I am losing faith with Fitbit .
I have already emailed fit bit telling them of the problem
MY 2 nd repleclement surge ran down the power and started back up ok but i still can t do a restart on the watch what can i do my faith with fit bit is running out

I am still waiting for a reply from fitbit about my second replacement surge that isnt working as it wont reset no matter how long you hold the buttons in for as i said before i am losing faith with fitbit all i want is for my watch that paid £160 for and my first replacement would nt swipe second replacement wont reset
please help

i haven’t had a reply from Fitbit since last Thursday I am getting very disappointed as I paid £160 for my Fitbit
surge and with my second replacement
still not fit for purpose the second replacement won’t reset no matter how long you hold the home button and bottom right button in together it does
