That will add steps. If its not a lot I would not worry about it.

If it is you can enter a driving record to remove them

I love about in bed I go to the bathroom before I go to bed + my steps are about 24 when I move about in bed trying to get comfortable

Great to see you here in the Forums @craig33

Your Fitbit settings records your sleep in either "sensitive" mode for extremely detailed sleep reporting or "normal" mode for a more basic idea of your sleep patterns. The sensitive setting will cause your tracker to record nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake, why don't you check that. Smiley Happy

  • To change your setting in the Fitbit app for iOS or Windows 10, Account > Advanced Settings > Sleep Sensitivity.
  • To change your setting in the fitbit.com dashboard, go to Settings > Devices > scroll down to Sleep Tracking

Hope this helps, I'll be around in case you need more help! Heart

What about android device

Thanks for getting back! Sorry I didn't explain that tiny detail for those types of phones, if you have a Android phone you need to follow the instructions to change that specific feature in your Fitbit Dashboard on the computer and sync your Fitbit later with your Android mobile device.
