So I have been having the annoying issue with bluetooth syncing and auto-restart when changing Bluetooth Mode in setting. Update to latest Firmware didn't help. The surge won't sync with any iPhone. For Android Nexus 6, if I tried 10-20 times, sometime it will sync and rarely it will sync long enough to transfer data about the run to the phone.
Is the an address where I can send my Surge to for fixing? I know it's more than 2 years old and I probably have to pay for the fix. But that's still better than throwing it away.
Thanks for your support.

Hi @vulong! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great to see you here.
Thanks for informing about the issues your Fitbit Surge have been having while trying syncing with different platforms and thanks for trying those steps to make it connect. We don't have an specific place where you can send your Fitbit to be repaired but for you to have the best possible experience, I've created a Support Case on your behalf. Keep an eye on your inbox, they will give you more details about your warranty options.
See you around.
