Where’s my steps?

Just returned from holiday. Always leave Fitbit at home and have a good rest when away. On returning, charged my surge and proceeded as normal. Yesterday step count on watch was there. Today, after a gym session, my steps are at zero and once synced, no workout showing. This hasn’t happened before!

Welcome to the forums!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

A warm welcome to the Fitbit family! It's great to see you participating in our Community @GingerAJKWoman Happy

Hoped you've had an awesome holiday. As @WendyB mentioned, it's best to try the restart on your Surge in case that it got stuck. It should be working just fine after this, but in case that you notice anything wrong please let me know.

I'll be around.
