I am running Windows 10.
When I launched the Win 10 Fitbit App, I discovered that it was connected to my wife's account instead of mine. How do I fix this?
My Windows 10 PC is connected to my account and not to her account.

It gets confusing when there are multiple Fitbits on one computer.
Log out and log in to your account.
We use different browsers so we dont have to log in and out all the time as it was confusing
Let us know if this helps!

Hi there @RichardMW! How you doing? It's great to see you around @WendyB!
I would like to add to add that Windows 10 computers have 2 ways to synchronized. You can use the Fitbit App, but as @WendyB said, you will have to remember to log out from the Fitbit App once you're done. So whenever that she wants to use it, she would have to log in into her Account. If you computer has built-in Bluetooth the Wireless Dongle won't be required.
The second way to connect is with the Fitbit Connect program. Fitbit Connect will require the Dongle and you can read how to download it here in the Forums. For better practices it's best if you use an additional device if you have the option to avoid confusions
If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to post back!
