Won't hold charge

My surge will no longer hold a charge  for a full day any longer.  Contacts are clean.  My band disconnected from the base of the unit and had to be glued back together. What are my chances of getting a replacement?

Only way to find out is by contacting  support. Depends if its with in warranty or not
