Wrist straps

Lost my Fitbit One for good this time, I think but looking at other wrist models.

I've read before about the strap problems on the Surge and others.  Seems Fitbit replaces them until the  warranty runs out then your stuck.  Seems this problem has been going on since the get go!

I may have to look elsewhere for another fitness tracker.

I Changed to the garmin Vivoactive HR and am loving it, it's waterproof and has more functions and apps than surge. I loved my surge but after 2 replacements opted for garmin .I also find it doesn't add many steps when driving or washing dishes etc like my surge. My surge would under count 3000-5000 steps on my 6 -8 klm walks but would add steps when preparing dinner! I'm trying to lose weight so needed something a little more accurate. My fitbit ultra still works fine but no HR.

Even that tracker has a bunch of negative reviews on Amazon.

I think all devices have issues doesn't matter what brand. I have just read through 10 pages of the newest reviews and ther are 8 reviews with less than 3 stars out of 10 pages so maybe they have sorted some issues. I'm sure there are other trackers which may be better for you.

It was actually the HR+ which has more negative posts. The HR is better and better for me.

Yes, vivosmart HR but the more Amazon reviews I read the more I get disappointed!  I had used my Fitbit One for sleep monitoring but I now read where the vivosmart HR was showing sleep in the middle of the day.  I go to the bottom of the page on Amazon, select read all and select all the negative reviews.

Do yo have any issues with the vivoactive HR?

Hi @wptski @Redmoonstar

@wptski If your concer is the wristband you could try checking our newer trackers the Charge 2, Flex 2, Alta and Blaze which all have interchangeable wristbands and range from $100 to $200 in price. You can check them all here.

@Redmoonstar Thanks for your input.

Let me know how it goes!
