Sounds pretty bad the issue that you are having with your Fitbit Surge, but don't worry, let me give you a hand on this. First of all, please confirm you did a correct restart of your tracker, then I'll ask you to follow these instruction to sync your Fitbit Surge with your iPhone. In addition, I would like you to make sure that your iOS is updated to the latest version as well as the Fitbit app.
